Why Restoration Matters
Like many historic buildings, Belle Tower requires substantial investment to address deferred maintenance, aging systems, and long-term functionality. Restoration is necessary not only to protect the structure itself, but to ensure it can safely and sustainably serve the community again.
This project is rooted in the belief that older buildings still have important work to do — and that preserving them can strengthen the identity and vitality of a downtown.
